Our Story
Our founders were working in transgender voice training when they started noticing that permanent hair removal for transgender folks is a challenge. It’s hard to find providers, hospitals have long waitlists, individual practitioners often don’t accept health insurance billing.
As transgender, queer folk ourselves, we decided to do something about it. This led to the opening of a small office in Vancouver, WA – across the water from most of our clients, who mostly came from Portland.
As our clinic grew, we needed larger facilties. This led to moving to a larger building in Vancouver, WA – followed by the opening of a new location in the Seattle area, in Lakewood, WA.
