Insurance patients: before booking, please let us know immediately that you are trying to use your insurance. You must call us at (360) 217-4205. Insurances have requirements we have to do before they will cover services, which almost always takes a few weeks. Booking appointments for very soon as a new insurance patient will almost certainly result in no insurance coverage and having to pay out of pocket.

- Regence
- VA
- Aetna

NB: we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, or the full cost of the appointment will be due out of pocket before booking additional sessions, whether online or by calling us. Emergencies are an exception, and will be decided on a case by case basis. Failure to pay for no-show or cancellations will result in removal from the schedule, and the balance due may be sent to collections.
