Insurance patients: if you’re wanting to use your insurance, you must call us ASAP. You can find the phone number for your location by clicking on your location from the Locations page. There is almost certainly a process that has to be followed before insurance will cover sessions. Failure to call us well in advance of a first appointment or follow the requirements of your insurance will result in appointments needing to be paid out of pocket, as there will not be insurance coverage for the appointments. Getting insurance approval typically requires provider letters and takes a few weeks on average.
NB: we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, or the full cost of the appointment will be due out of pocket before booking additional sessions. Emergencies are an exception, and will be decided on a case by case basis. If you’re unsure what is considered an emergency, please contact us.
